This is one of the two colleges it the the City. They have a high violence warning yet they have a good education. The school ground isn't taken care of and walking even near the school is already putting your life in danger. This school has had atleast 30 death but people still come because of its education system that is the best even when compared to other cities. They are rivals with Kuusen College.
